At a conference last evening to promote Vishesh Films Jannat , Mahesh Bhatt admitted that one of the biggest mistakes that he ever made was pitching the release of Awaarapan alongside Aap Ka Suroor. “Himesh has got that persona and has great power to draw the masses. He is at his peak and thus releasing Aawarapan alongside Aap Ka Suroor , was a big mistake” said Mr.Bhatt. Now Mahesh Bhatt is confident about his next Emraan Hashmi starrer and this time around he states the success of the film would purely be based on word of mouth and thus whether the music is good or bad, publicity is intense or not; nothing would matter.
