Vivek does a documentary to teach cleanliness

Veteran Tamil comedian Vivek has taken a new avatar as he is currently doing a documentary about cleanliness. Tamil Nadu government has decided to impose fine for spitting on the road which will come in effect from April of this year. Vivek's documentary is based on this agenda.
