There was much hype about Billa 2007 when it was released. The entire unit of the movie proclaimed that the movie has come out so stylishly and glamorously. So my expectations were high too. But after seeing the movie I was so disappointed as the movie didn't differ from the original in a big way. Only difference was that the artists were different and everyone were wearing sun glasses. We have already seen it in 'Don' guys!

There has been a lot of hype and hoopla about the movie 'There will be blood' around the world. At first I thought it was an ordinary movie but after seeing the rating in IMDB as 8.9, it really made me eager. The film also bagged two Oscars and many other awards. It also fetched the best actor award for Daniel-day Lewis. I'm looking forward for the movie.

Asin started her movie career with a Malayalam film "Narendaran Makan Jayakanthan Vaka". She really proved her acting skills in Tamil movies with her great acting in the movie Ghajini alongside Surya. From there on her career had touched greater heights and she was preferred by most of the great directors. Her latest movie 'Dasavatharam' with Kamal Haasan has aroused a lot of expectations.

Its been a while now since I last saw a Tamil movie. I used to watch lots of movies before but since I have been into blogging, I hardly find time to watch any. The other reason would due to my XBOX 360 as I play it often whenever I find time. The third reason could also be due to the fact that not many good movies are produced in Tamil nowadays. Looking forward to some nice movies in 2008.

Trisha is one of the most beautiful actress in the Tamil film industry. Many people in Tamil Nadu like her because she is from the same state. I got attracted to her ever since I saw her image in the film Leysa Leysa. Then on she emerged as a big actress and went on to Tollywood and won the hearts of the Telugu fans as well. She could still concentrate on her acting a little bit.

Actor Vijay known for his commercial movies(called 'Masala' movies down south) has been in the industry for more than 15 years now. But still he is doing the same old dusty movies where the hero demolishes the villain, has 3 songs with the heroine and fights for his fans needlessly. The question is 'Will he ever change his style of movies?'
