Sneha as Sarath's mother?

The latest buzz doing rounds in Kollywood is that Sneha will be playing Sarath Kumar's mother in K S Ravikumar's next directorial venture after ‘Dasavadharam’. Sources say there are two Sarath Kumar in the movie and Sneha plays senior Sarath's wife. The junior (son) Sarath will have Shreya shaking her legs with him. Sarath's ‘1977’, directed by Dinesh Kumar, is nearing completion and would be released very soon.

Double delight for Sneha

Sneha is going strong and steady. Interestingly the actress has come across the rare privilege of acting herself in a couple of films. In Rajnikanth starrer ‘Kuselan’, she plays actress Sneha herself. The dusky beauty was thrilled to be part of a Rajinikanth movie though her role was very brief. She is as Sneha in ‘Angadi Theru’ too, directed by ‘Veyyil’ fame Vasantha Balan. A major scene was to be shot at a textile shop in Chennai and Vasantha Balan wanted Sneha to be part of the scene for she is the brand ambassador for a popular textile shop in Chennai. When approached, she readily agreed to it. Following this, the scene was shot. ‘Angadi Theru’ is being produced by London Karunas of Ayngaran International..

Sneha is shocked

Sneha is shocked by the news (rumour?) saying that she is producing a film. It is also said that the film would have children’s subject. According to her close circles, she is quite upset to hear the 'news'. Sneha is investing her earnings in real estate and she is not intended to invest in films, say the sources close to the actor. She has recently built a marriage hall in Panrutti and she would be willing to build more marriage halls in the future. Her friends categorically say that she has never wanted to make films. The dusky beauty is busy with her acting commitment and seems to be content with that.

Director praises Sneha

The movie launch of Sneha's upcoming movie ‘Achchamundu Achchamundu’ was held at Chennai in the evening. Prassanna pairs with Sneha in this movie. The director of this movie, who is from the US was praising Sneha for he sincerity and dedication in the movie. The director said that the actress immediately accepted her role as soon as he described the story.

Smiling all the way is Sneha!

2007 has been an excellent year for Sneha. The actress has committed to act in over half-a-dozen movies this year which includes a couple ion Telugu filmdom. Sneha is acting with Shaam in Inba. "I play a rich and affluent girl in the movie". She is assigned to play Larencce's heroine in a movie titled 'Pandi'. "After Autograph, I am sharing the screen with actor-director Cheran again for ‘Pirivom Sandhippom’. It is followed by a movie with Mammootty, Arjun titled ‘Aruvadai’. I play an Air Force officer in the movie." says Sneha. Some of her Telugu commitments include a movie 'Adhivishnu' to be produced by Dasari Narayana Rao and ‘Pandurangan’ opposite Balakrishna.
